Siren

The town fire siren is going off. Hopefully just  a false alarm..

I live in a small-ish town, surrounded by bush. Bushfires are a problem.

Earlier this year there was Black Saturday, one of the major fires there was only 13km away from my house.

Apparently this year the fire threat will be worse.

High temperatures and massive winds, not so good for anyone living in the bush :(

The siren has stopped now, it goes off quite frequently, but I know that when the weather warms up, Ill be having a heart attack every time I hear it, in fear of a fire being close again...
